This group covers the bars, diners, family restaurants, fast-food spots and other kitchens that serve pizza alongside a broader menu. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Sports bars fill up on game nights and often run pizza-and-pitcher specials; diners and fast-food chains keep long hours, sometimes around the clock. Sales tax is added at the register on top of menu prices.

Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is romasausageanddeli.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Utica is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Utica is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We purchased broccoli roll and bought pre made meatballs. The broccoli roll was completely raw and absolutely disgusting. Meatballs were so bad. I wouldnβt feed my dog. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food is disgusting. They should be closed by the Department of Health in my opinion.

I have only got the tomato pie here, so thats what my review is based on. And out of all the tomato pies this guy has eaten up and down the east coast.. this is the BEST one yet. Got to get el president to do a pizza review. One bite won't be enough.

From the moment you open the front door and the aromas of fresh imported cheese, tomato pie and Italian cold cuts hits you in the face; till the moment you check out with small talk with the employees, Roma is a special place with awesome products ands attention to quality like youre in the "Old Country!".

Perfect spot for tomato pie! I searched for tomato pie on my maps app. This was easy off and easy on NYS Thruway. Tomato pie was excellent. We also picked up wonderful biscotti, olive salad and roasted red peppers for very reasonable prices. Definitely going back on our next thruway trip.
